Growth matrix
The matrix combines company profile and model maturity. A cell defines sufficient information but does not prohibit adding an object required for a decision.

Running example
All nine cells use one scenario: a customer creates a case through the web channel; the portal sends it to CRM; CRM manages the case and notifies the customer. Processes, capabilities, contracts, data forms, deployments, and network zones appear as the model grows.
Legend
- yellow — business layer;
- blue — application layer;
- green — infrastructure layer;
- gray — model governance;
- solid line — confirmed canonical relationship;
- dashed line — optional, assumed, or unconfirmed relationship.
The diagrams show the architecture minimum for each cell. They are not physical layout templates.
